Dear Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that many SME industry along with other businesses have been badly affected during the lock-down and the pandemic. Many SME industries have been totally closed. Some have been on the verse of the closure. Its effect on my SME industry has been vast too. Now the maintenance of existence of the industry has been so touch let alone paying the loan. But my company had been smooth in paying the loan in regular installments because of its some good policies. The loan was taken four years ago. And according to the terms and conditions, the last installment of my loan will be in the month of May, 2021. The amount of the loan was 40 lakhs. My company has made all the repayments of my SME loan on time till date but recently, the sales of my company have reduced drastically and arrears from the buyers of my company have been on the rise. Actually it started from the mid March and it keeps continuing. Besides my company was closed for three months due to the pandemic and my company is still recovery period and I hope it can recover from the financial crisis very soon. This is the reason why I request for the extension period so that I can repay the loan comfortably. I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me the extension for 6 months more so that I can repay the loan comfortably with regular installments.
